Round Robin #27
In this Round Robin, I needed to stitch a new sampler so I can have one in circulation. It was so much fun deciding and ultimately deciding on the theme... Quaker in Nature. Meaning... A Quaker style of cross stitch using animal or plant motifs. I did a form of this one before and really liked it a lot. Here is what I stitched:
Round Robin #27 Fabric Type: Fiddler's Cloth Fabric Color: Regular Oatmeal Fabric Count: 14 DMC Floss Color: #550 Theme: Quaker in Nature (Plants & Animals) |
Quaker - Butterfly |
Quaker - Squirrel |
I found the pattern online and do not know the exact name. As soon as I get that, I will update it here. It was found at Gazzette94's blog.

Dragonfly ATC
I absolutely love dragonflies... So when I saw this swap posted, I had to join. Click here to see the photo I used for inspiration.

Water ATC
I'm part of the group, Artistically Inclined, on Swap-Bot and they had swaps up for the 5 Elements. I only joined the Water swap and decided to paint it in watercolors.

Heart Themed Mini Cross Stitch
Here is the heart that I stitched for the Heart Themed Mini Cross Stitch Swap. I used the chart posted on Carton-Marie's blog. She got it from a French designer's book... "Répertoire des Frises" by Valérie Lejeune. Got to get my hands on a copy of this book. Looks like it might have a lot of fun designs to stitch.
Title: Box Hearts Date Completed: February 28, 2015 Stitched on red 14 ct. Aida Cloth using White DMC floss 33 x 33 Stitch Count |
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!
